Booking Guidelines


1. Contact Traveltales at and a Booking Form will be sent to your email account.
2. Fill-up the form and send to No booking form, no reservation.
3. You will receive a confirmation of your booking and payment details thru email. Full payment must be settled within 2 days after sending your Booking Form. Keep your deposit slip until a corresponding official receipt is given to you by Traveltales, Inc.
4. All reservations will only be confirmed for booking upon receipt of payment. You will receive a notifcation of your booking along with the itinerary and guidelines for the tour via email.
5. Payments are non-refundable but transferable to another person. Kindly notify Traveltales, Inc. of any changes or concerns with the booking at least 3 days before the trip.
6. Payments made to Traveltales, Inc. may only be refundable in case the trip is cancelled due to any fortuitous events.
All public tours booking are on a first come, first serve basis.
